• If you absolutely cannot make the pickup window, text or email us BEFORE the auction loadout ends, and we will hold items until the next scheduled pickup ONLY - and will charge a $10 holding fee (per invoice, not per item) when picked up
• Any item that doesn't function as described or does not match what was listed, we will happily do a return if you reach out within 48 hours of pickup
• We don't keep cash on hand, if you need to pay cash, bring exact change!

Payment:An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.

Payment onsiteisaccepted at this locationin the form of exact cash or card. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. All Items that are not picked up during pickup times are forfeit unless arrangments have been made in advance. No refunds or chargebacks for items not picked up after pickup times.No appointment necessary. Simply pick up your items during the designated pick-up times.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their order/invoice, that becomes the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage or missing items from that point forward.

Please come PREPARED to pick up your item(s). This means knowing your bidder ID, having a large enough vehicle / proper equipment, and parking with courtesy. Be cognizant of the size and/or quantity of items you are picking up and BRING A HELPER if you have accumulated multiple invoices or have a large/heavy item. If you do not come prepared and need assistance from our staff, you are charged an assistance fee. The assistance fee is as follows:

If assistance from our staff is needed, we are not liable for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle used. No refunds will be given if an item(s) is damaged during an assisted load-out.

Refunds:All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s) to unsealeddeals@gmail.comIf your request is approved, the item(s) must be returned WITHIN 2 business days (unless we have discussed otherwise) after the refund request was approved BEFORE a refund is issued.Otherwise, no refund will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases:Effective immediately, Unsealed Dealswill accept FULLY VERIFIED TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES. Tax Exempt customers will need to email all appropiate information and copy of Cert at unsealeddeals@gmail.com after end of auction. After acceptance of Cert. Customer will be refunded to the qualified exemption.

Liability: Unsealed Deal's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
